EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
NANCY MARRIOTT
Nancy Marriott originally hails from upstate New York, but spent much of her life in the Midwest. She worked at Emmaus Bible College as the director of Ministry Resources where she was responsible for marketing and promotion of the college and conference services. Since then she has been the regional coordinator for Operation Christmas Child. Most recently, she has served as the Administrative Director at Redemption Hill Church in Whittier, California. She and her husband John have two children, Cody and Moriah. When she is not busy working or caring for her family, she is passionately cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
WOMEN'S DIRECTOR
KAY CHAMBERS
Kay was born in Whittier, and at the age of 6 months, her family moved to the jungles of Peru to serve as missionaries with Wycliffe Bible Translators. Upon returning to the States at age 8, Kay attended Whittier Christian School. She obtained 3 degrees after attending 4 colleges. Kay and James met at Eastside Christian Church in Fullerton and were married in 1996. They have 3 children, Ryan (Kay’s stepson) Rynika, and Shanna. Kay was an elementary school teacher but stopped when Rynika was born. In 2004, James started Come To Him Ministries, using all that he had gone through with his alcohol addiction, 4 DUI’s and time in jail. Kay became heavily involved in the ministry in 2007 when the Women’s Home for CTH opened. It was a blessing to work alongside her husband, loving and serving the people God brought to them. Though James’ moving to Heaven came far too soon, Kay feels privileged to be able to carry on the great work James began. When Kay isn’t busy teaching preschool or working at CTH, she enjoys time with her family (including her twin grandsons), geeking out on natural health remedies, playing with her pets, and eating chocolate.

MEN'S DIRECTOR
KEN SCHOFIELD
Jesus Christ saved me from an unmentionable life filled with alcoholism and occasional drug use straight off the streets . Then the Lord grabbed me from my lifestyle, though I was not looking for him in any way, I didn’t really like God at that point in my life, but he loved me first and came running for me in 2015.
A tattoo client of mine invited me to her church, so I told her I’d go that Sunday. My first time to a Christian church I stayed in the car because I was too drunk to go in. The second time, with no pre-gaming, I sat in the very last row and listened. The pastor spoke to my heart that day and I felt Christ knocking. I felt a sense of peace, understanding and love, like he hugged me tight; I remember crying with joy.
I continued to attend church, and little by little my desire to drink went away, to the point that I was only having a shot before bed. Then after years of drinking hard in a ‘party like a rock star’ lifestyle, I stopped completely. I then started seeking Jesus wholeheartedly, reading my Bible heavily daily, praying and wanting to know all I could about him. In September 2017, in the Willamette River, I was baptized. I also married my client that took me to church that first time about a year later. I stepped away from tattooing (because of my own need for change) and went back to my original career as a mechanic.
I have been made a new creation in Christ Jesus, dead to the flesh and born again in spirit. I continue to deepen my studies regularly in the Bible and theology as I practice walking in the spirit and following Christ as closely as I can.
I can’t explain how grateful I am to God for the blessing of being the Men’s Director at Come to Him Ministries - to be in the lives of so many trophies of grace, bringing Glory to God through the ministry of love and compassion.
